The Solution
Fix This Next is a business triage methodology developed by multi-best selling author Mike Michalowicz, inspired by Maslow's hierarchy of human needs. Mike discovered that businesses also have a hierarchy of needs which he captured in a model which he calls the Business Hierarchy of Needs.
As with Maslow's diagram, the business needs lower down in the hierarchy must be satisfied before business owners can attend to the needs higher up.
